Villa Agave is a 4 en-suite double-bedroom villa surrounded by a big garden with orange and olive trees, a swimming pool and a gazebo. The villa is located inside a large housing complex that guarantees sense of security with the beauty of privacy. The property is ten minutes far from the seaside and historical landmarks.

The 200-sqm villa is equipped with central heating, air conditioning in all bedrooms and free wi-fi Internet connection.

The villa has two porches, one for dining and barbecues and the other one to relax, both overlooking the garden, the swimming pool (6×11) and a romantic wooden gazebo.

At the entrance you will be welcome into a cosy open space that serves as living room, with sofa, armchairs, fireplace, and dining table. From the living room you can access the kitchen fully equipped with freezer, oven, hob with 5 burners, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and other small appliances such as coffee machine, blender etc. There is a separate room for laundry while in the sleeping area you have 3 comfortable double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom all with en suite bathrooms, 3 with showers and 1 with tub and shower.
